Omnibus Surveys

Omnibus surveys are based on pooling the expense of consumer or business-to-business research among several clients at the same time.  Companies are invited to submit questions of their choosing: as many or as few to suit their needs and budget.  InCite advises how to make the most of these questions which are then combined into one questionnaire and  “fielded” by conducting personal interviews.  The results of the questions remain exclusive to the participants who submitted them.  Benefits of the research are maximised by providing a tailored interpretation - complete with recommendations - of research findings based on a professional insight of the market.  Omnibus surveys are conducted at regular intervals in various countries.

Store Observation Monitor

The Store Observation Monitor is a syndicated and continuous retail observation survey in Bahrain to track distribution and visibility of itemised products.  Based on a sample of 300 outlets, data is provided by class of trade and named supermarkets.  The sector for supermarkets is covered at universe level.  The survey currently runs twice a year: in June and December.

Market studies are initiated by InCite and dedicated to one topic only.   The objective is often to provide a comprehensive overview and appraisal of a specified product category in selected Gulf countries or to examine newly emerging issues of interest.  The projects are usually consumer surveys on subjects such as ice cream, shopping malls, retail banking etc.
